I don't know  - try asking on [log in to unmask]  Please note however
that "ListProcessor"  and "unix LISTSERV"  are two different  things. The
former is a unix list manager originally written by Tasos Kotsikonas. The
latter  is the  unix  version of  L-Soft's  LISTSERV product,  originally
written by me, and also available for VM and VMS. That is, it is the unix
version of the  "original" LISTSERV. You should have no  trouble with the
unix LISTSERV  if your  script works  with the VM  LISTSERV, as  they are
totally compatible  for this  (barring some sendmail  header interception
and rewrite).
