When Tim sent me a message offlist from his blackberry, the date came
out as follows:

Date: Wed, 27 Jul 2005 14:13:13 +0000 GMT

Note that it has both a numeric time zone and a named time zone,
which violates RFC822 and RFC2822.  Are we sure that LISTSERV won't
attempt to "fix" that time stamp?
