Why not have a BOFs at SHARE bi-annually?  Granted not everyone can attend
twice a year, but it will at least allow someone who attends SHARE for the
first time to participate.  I think Eric gave a presentation on LISTSERV a
few years ago at SHARE but have not seen one since.  You'll probably have
a much wider audience interest since it's free (aside from registration
fee, accomodations for SHARE :-) ).
