LISTSERV 1.8d 2000b and later supports the 'Attachments=' keyword list
configuration statement. For backwards compatibility, the default setting
is 'Attachments= Yes', which means that attachments of any type may be
posted to the list.

To reject a message with any type of attachment:
        Attachments= No

To strip attachments, but accept the rest of the message:
        Attachments= No,Filter

To accept specific MIME types:
        Attachments= allowed_content_types

where 'allowed_content_types' is a list of allowed MIME types.
