I dare to ask you if you maybe can help me?

I'm using the German provider T-online, unfortunetaly they
offer not a mailing-list-service.

I'm trying to build up a mailinglist with a moderator.
It should be a discussionlist for David-Soul-fans, maybe 30 persons.
Most of them are from the States, Canada and Europe, so the
language will be English, of course.

Unfortunetaly the programms running on windows 95 are too expensive.
Do you know other possibilities?

I would be thankful for an answer.
