Hmmm. I do just under 3 million at a pop on a couple medium size NT servers.
I don't think I'd worry about 15,000 being problematic.

We may set up a large list - about 15,000 subscribers.
It will be a newsletter type list. We would use the
"Prime" option to restrict the hours during which it
would be distributed. Is a mailing like this done in "chunks"?
Will listserv process other mail during the time it
is processing this mail? Any advice on how to
manage the processing of a large list of this kind?
