At what version of LISTSERV did it become possible to set the RECFM
to .P in a dummy entry in a FILELIST and thereby cause LISTSERV to
pack the arriving file (making it FP or VP) and then unpack copies
for export? I've run across some files that are stored in packed
format as F 1024, and it would be nice if non-VM sites could get
the unpacked versions. I suspect the LISTSERV software in question
is a bit out of date.
