It appears  that POLYVM has  been down for over  a week, even  though the
queue remains low (presumably because files  are being dumped to tape). I
have removed POLYVM from the backbone  to bypass the problem. Let me know
if the  users who originally complained  are now reporting that  the mail
came back.
