   Personally, IMHO, and with any other appropriate disclaimers, I
think it is better to respond privately to the individual AND SYSTEM
ADMINISTRATORS such as [log in to unmask] and the domain/site whois
contacts about these abusive cross-postings.  While this may be an
exception, in some cases education might be needed.  This one seems to
have come from the land of abusive cross-posting - netnews.
 
   I only replied here because the topic is somewhat related.  But in
general replying to a list about this just serves the intruders purpose
and "amplifies the noise" as it were...   Marty
