Due to requests (locally and via the EARN help desk) of people who
want to access netnews using E-mail (because they do not have a
machine to run news, because they do not have IP connectivity, because
there is no news client for their platform ...),  I opened access
to our netnews using listserv local commands.
 
Those who want to try can start by reading the help file = sending the
command   /NNHELP  to listserv@blekul11 = [log in to unmask]
 
If other sites which have both listserv and psuvm netnews wants to support
this, please mail me (it are only a few lines of REXX).
