Well:  I'm way down here at the bottom of BITNET, and we have a LOT of
network downtime (mostly due to the 2 links just up from us), but I'll
volunteer to help manage the LISTSERV network.  I already have one of
the widest distrubuted lists (IBM7171) so I might as well help out the
people who were kind enough to take most of the load away.
