The Revised LISTSERV Distribution List <LSTSRV-L@DEARN> |
Postings from MFENET via the ANLVMS gateway are also being blocked by
LISTSERV 1.5m. The ANLVMS gateway inserts a "Sender: MFEGATE@ANLVMS"
field in mail it passes to BITNET. In this case, LISTSERV says the
mail "sender" was found in DOMAIN NAMES, i.e., it's a gateway process.
I guess the mail is suspected to be an automatic error notification
and it gets bounced to the list owner.
Other than giving LISTSERV a doctored DOMAIN NAMES file (without the
MFENET entry), is there a way around this problem?
