Richard, I've probably been the cause of the problem, as I'm trying
to delete a couple of peers.  I suspect that EB0UB011 is the site
doing this, since I've been having *mucho* difficulty getting through
to it, and getting it to respond back in a reasonable fashion.
 
It's one of the peers I'm trying to kill, partly because of problems
like that and partly because it continues to run out-of-date copies
of BITEARN NODES.
