Of course one need not create a fully featured email account to send
mail -- it is possible to spoof it.

Thus, it would be advisable to make a fully loaded account and subscribe
it so that either the poster must self-confirm or perhaps have a list of
LISTSERV moderators that can approve content.

Depending upon organizational needs, you might need to remind recipients
NOT to REPLY to such posting, but instead contact ???
