I'd not be surprised if the problem is your browser.  Most browsers
keep an internal cache of recent pages.  I'm not familiar
with Internet Exploder, but for Netscape, things you should
check:

Under 'preferences', find 'cache' (on the Unix version it's
under 'advanced').  There's a "check document in cache against
document on network".  If that's set to 'once per session' or 'never',
you may want to change that to "every time", or use the 'reload'
button....
