Loopcheck doesn't solve Una's problems because he then cannot protect his
list against mail/news software that's gone crazy.  Being able to
seperately control dup bounce and dup delete is better.

But it will solve the problem where a LISTSERV is built only to carry
specific repetitive information.  Ie: this is not specific to USENET.
