I suppose you should  set the list to prime=yes, so  that the editor gets
the messages asap, and  have him send them at night.  LISTSERV has no way
to know, a priori, that spool file X is going to go to the editor because
of some  combianation of origins  and keywords, while  file Y will  go to
everybody...
