Keep all Owner= addresses together. This is simply neatness.

Anyone can spoof the Owner= address and do bad things to your list. We always
suggest Valide= Yes,Confirm for security reasons.

This could also be Reply-To= sender, ignore

>Review= Owners
>Send= Editor,Confirm
This must be Send= Editor,Hold,Confirm both for securityt resonons (to prevent
forged address spoofing) and to prevent mail loops.

You should add

Auto-Delete= Yes,Full-Auto,Delay(8),Max(2),Probe(20)
(assuming a weekly newsletter)

for bad-address cleanup.

All else looks OK.

Note that a List-Based MM job via the WWW interface will bypass all of these
settings.
