You should add 

Auto-Delete= Yes,Full-Auto,Delay(8),Max(2),Probe(20)
(assuming a weekly newsletter)

for bad-address cleanup.

All else looks OK.

Note that a List-Based MM job via the WWW interface will bypass all of these
settings.
