This message is a synonym of "Some sysprog at <nodeid> tried to be
clever, probably to save some time, but he screwed up. Chances are that
you're going to get a good amount of similar messages, and that he's
going to spend 10 times the time he hoped to save".
The cause is that the origin of the job has been lost irremediably after
a human error at the site in question, and replaced by some constant id
which is not a registered LISTSERV. There is nothing you can do about it.
