|        ADD listname email@address Firstname .
|
|which I've done from time to time.

Minor point: AFAIK, LISTSERV(R) doesn't distinguish between what an
individual considers their first name and last name, it just requires by
default two tokens.  Most people would specify their firstname or
initial, first; and their surname, second.
