Any REPLY from a recipient is "suspect" -- their email client might not
be "nice" in following conventions.
The "announce-only" nature of your list and sub-lists does not actually
affect the REPLY-TO= setting, at least not as far as I can cogitate.
Furthermore, original posts to the list from anyoneother than the OWNER,
regardless of any REPLY-TO processing, will probably result in the
equivalent of a NOPOST option.
