I apologize if this is a FAQ but I am new to this list. I have two questions.
 
1: As the BITNET TECHREP am I the one to send out global signoff requests for
   accounts that have been deleted before all their subscriptions to LISTSERV
   lists have been removed?
 
and if the answer to question 1 is 'YES' then;
 
2: How do I do this?
 
I remember seeing this subject discussed elsewhere but I cannot remember where
nor can I remember how it is done. Could this be a sign of advancing age? :-)
