The listserv here hosts a peered list called INDIA-L. Its a moderated list.
All of a suddent, for no apparant reason, I am getting messages saying that
I, the Listserv Postmaster here, have had something submitted to the list's
editor. Why is this happening? I have not submitted anything to that list.
