Yes confirm I see that with my Linux hosted LISTSERV-Lite but not with my
Office 365 / Exchange using Outlook 2016. My own posts to my own list set
to REPRO get through fine. Biggest issue I've had is convincing Exchange
and Outlook that emails from me via the list are not spam. Gmail does very
much do the message ID filter but not personally seen it with outlook.
