The reported error code is incorrect because of a minor bug (already fixed).
The correct error code is D02D53. Try sending a DEBUG ERROR D02D53
command to LISTSERV for the correct traceback. This is an NT error code.

My guess is that you may be running out of paged or nonpaged virtual pool.
The maximum value for both is hardcoded in NT and was increased
significantly for Windows 2000, although it is still hardcoded. There are a
variety of Microsoft KB articles on this topic.
