Assuming you have command line access to the listserv account on the server, first see if listserv is running:

   ps -ef |grep lsv

This will work with most versions of unix and linux, and should list several lsv processes.

If it’s not running you need to be the listserv user on the server. In the listserv home directory, type:

   go bg

Then monitor the log to see if it started:

  less listserv.log

Assuming it was not running you need to create a cron job to start it when the server reboots.

Good luck,
Larry
