I got a message from someone subscribed to RRA-L hosted here at KENTVM
about not being able to post a message to the RRA-L list since LISTSERV
was updated to 1.7d.  Other people on the list seemed to be able to
post (it's a moderated list) and get forwarded to the list by the
editor.  Did this happen anywhere else or is it something I did wrong?
