Management has asked me to have us set to DISTRIBUTE=NO for listserv.  I
suspect we can still be a backbone site, for whatever that is worth.
How soon can we make this happen?
 
We are unable to give our own users reasonable service, so we are forced
to cut back on helping the rest of the community.  I am also going to be
asking some large lists to find other homes.  Hate to do this to the
rest of you, but we are dying.
