One of our list owners is complaining of a problem that I don't know how
to fix, and I thought I'd ask you folks.
The subscribers to this list are mostly Microsoft Mail users, and when they
"reply" to a posting, the headers and text of the old message are placed
at the bottom of their reply. LISTSERV is objecting to finding the old
headers in the body of the message:

While I think it's wasted bandwidth not to edit out the old headers, it's
inconvenient to do in MS mail, and the list owner swears that LISTSERV
didn't reject these messages until recently. Could anyone give me any idea
as to why this is happening and what I could do to solve it?
Thanks!
