There's one for comp.mail.list-admin.software  which I last updated about a
year and a half ago, but  you will probably  still find it useful.  It's on
news.answers mirrors under mail/list-admin/software-faq, or  you can get it
from [log in to unmask] by sending the command (in the message body):
        GET MLM-SOFTWARE FAQ
 
If you are willing to run it under Linux you have lots of choices.
