I've never seen the following message regarding "OK" before. Poking
through the release notes, I can't find a description of the "OK" com-
mand that seems to apply to this context. The relevant list keywords
(the list name is PIPORG-L) are:

*  Subscription= Open,confirm
*  Send= Editor,Hold
*  Files= Yes
*  Validate= No
*  Auto-Delete= Yes
*  Ack= Yes
*  Digest= Yes,Same,Daily,00:00,Size(1500)
*  Daily-Threshold= 150
*  Errors-To= Owner
* Owner= [log in to unmask] (David C Kelzenberg)
*  Owner= quiet:
*  Owner= BEC@ALBNYVM1 (Ben Chi)
* Editor= [log in to unmask] (David C Kelzenberg)
*  Editor= (PIPORG-L)
*

The original sender, [log in to unmask], is not a subscriber under
this address (he is as [log in to unmask]). The "Editor="
keyword was introduced at some point in the past to solve a problem whose
details I have forgotten.

The short message at the beginning "Hi Ben ..." is from the primary list
owner to me.

This message was originally submitted by [log in to unmask] to the
PIPORG-L list at CNSIBM.ALBANY.EDU. You can approve it using the "OK"
mechanism, ignore it, or repost an edited copy. The message will expire
automatically and you do not need to do anything if you just want to discard
it. Please refer to the list owner's guide if you are not familiar with the
"OK" mechanism; these instructions are being kept purposefully short for your
convenience in processing large numbers of messages.
