Is there a way to PUT a file with JCL.  The problem is that a mail package is
inserting "Text item:" before the usual "PUT fn fn list" command, so LISTSERV
doesn't recognize the PUT command.  I figured if I could place some JCL
around the PUT, LISTSERV would ignore the "Text item:"
