We have one (soon two) Unix system admins for around 300 servers. Our
current box for running Listserv was set up approximately four years
ago and it hasn't been touched since. We run Listserv on Red Hat
Linux, and quite frankly, it just works from a systems management
perspective. Neither me, nor my SA spend much time managing Listserv.
A lot is automated, such as Listserv creation, which helps big time.

From a Listserv server management perspective, we have one FTE. Me.

Technical assistance on Listserv is provided through our help desk,
and by me only when our help desk gets a stumper of a question.

That's it.
