PCBUILD is a list devoted to building and repairing IBM clone PCs.  It
has 300 subscribers in the first 3 weeks and has "overwhelmed" the host
site.  This is not because it had a lot of traffic (about 20 posts per
day) but because it had a lot of subscribers.  Please do NOT ASK ME to
explain why this overloaded the host.  Maybe they weren't running
LISTSERV?   Anyway this list needs a new home.  If you can help please
let me know.  The list is currently suspended.   Dave
