Good Afternoon All,

I am seeing long delays when a message is either send to a mailing list with a lot of subscribers (1000+) and when there is a large attachment (5MBs +) on a message.

The message is submitted to Listserv then when the message leave listserv, it takes 20-30 minutes to be picked up by our SMTP server which is an cloud version of Ironport.

I have also seen in the SPOOL folder that a message to a list of 1000+ may take up to 2 hours to be delivered. Messages take 10 - 20 seconds to be processed in through the Spooler.

I have concerned Administrators that are sending out important emergency messages and they are arriving after the event that is being warned about.

Has anyone see this behavior from their Listserv system? If so, were you able to correct it?

Any information would be helpful. Thank you for your help.
