Looks like you're using the Sendmail 'smrsh' and forgot to make symlinks
for the lsv_amin binary.  You have to first find what directory smrsh
is using, then do the following:

cd /that/directory
ln -s /usr/local/bin/lsv_amin .

Unfortunately, figuring out what directory is being used is non-trivial.
Hopefully, 'man smrsh' will tell you (if the manpage was built correctly).
I'll take THAT issue up with the Sendmail crew...
