We host a list here whose digest erupts daily at midnight.  For a varie-
ty of reasons, I want to move this back to 22:30 and so changed the list
keyword from
*  Digest= Yes,Same,Daily,00:00,Size(1500)
to
*  Digest= Yes,Same,Daily,22:30,Size(1500)

I made this change yesterday morning at about 01:00 and to make sure that
Listserv noticed it, followed the change with a SHUTDOWN REIPL command.

Last night I watched for the results of my labors.  Nothing at 22:30, but
at midnight as usual, came the digest.  So what critical piece have I
missed?
