As I recall, there are some also pathalogical cases involving the D.E.M.:
subscriber is auto-unsubscribed, but bounces continue to be monitored
because the delivery of previously generated list traffic is in-progress.
Sometimes the original problem is cleared up, but the in-progress messages
are going to continue to bounce. User resubscribes but the
auto-unsubscribe counting is still taking place for those old in-progress
messages.
BTW, for those not familar with Eudora, "skip rest" is a filter directive
that causes Eudora to not apply additional sequential filter rules when it
encounters one in FIFO order.
