Lisa Kovi's Tips & techniques is good for PMs & list owners but for the
general / occasional end user it's a little too voluminous, so I wrote a
quickie little technote which I distribute to new users. It's formatted, but I
can send the script file and you're welcome to make changes. I can send a
hardcopy in the post if anyone is interested.
