For those of you who are curious, like me, there do NOT appear
to be any notebook archives at the SCIFAQ-L distribution site.

I guess we'll still use the ftp site rtfm.mit.edu (formerly
pit-manager.mit.edu).

Maybe they're in NETFAQS?

Subject: Available FAQs via LISTSERV

There is a filelist called NETFAQS at BLEKUL11 aka
CC1.KULEUVEN.AC.BE that stores current Usenet (Netnews) FAQs.
Within that, there is a file stored called AVAIL FAQS that is
an abstraction of the filelist. Note both that file and the
fn/fts that it points to gets updated nightly, so you can't
really AFD to fn/ft (other than AVAIL FAQS) since the fts change.

Here is a truncated listing of AVAIL FAQS

List of available FAQS

This file is during a short period of time (our night = USA
evening) NOT in synchronization with the real files.
