I find it interesting how there are so few, yes - so few, that use Listserv
and we are already having, what appears to me, potentially, a software
version problem. I believe that before we consider doing any more drastic
upgrades to Listserv (and maybe even development work on a global basis)
we might consider getting everyone to 1 level. Yes, I know that this
has been attempted once, but apparently it has not worked.
