Fix the mail system  they are using so that it stops  including a copy of
the  whole  message in  each  and  every  reply.  This is  an  absolutely
ridiculous thing to do unless explicitly asked by the user. How would you
feel if this very note had started  with a 30-lines verbatim copy of your
original message, with all the headers and the like? And if your reply to
this  note started  with a  60-lines verbatim  copy of  the message  I am
writing which would itself have included your old message?
