You shouldn’t be using port 25 for incoming mail. It is not the standard, and just isn’t secure; that’s why it is blocked. You should use port 110 for non-SSL, or 995 for TLS (and you SHOULD use TLS always, although you need to support both).

For outgoing port 25 is for non-TLS, and 465 for TLS.
