One thing you should do is GET LEAVING BITNET from listserv@bitnic
(@bitnic.educom.edu).
 
Though you will be loosing LISTSERV as well as your bitnet node
name, there is no reason why you can't lie a little and update
the DNS for wmvm1.cc.wm.edu and MX it to a cooperating host.
 
Also make sure you understand the use of the :NEWNODE tag, via
[log in to unmask]
